I enjoyed the Baale Mane, Gopalapura’s iTeachiPower.in – Girl Psychological Empowerment on Critical Decision Life Safety Skills, Combat Science & Military Krav Maga Self-Defense Wellness Education because I was able to further strengthen & polish my teaching skills working with different age groups. It was fun interacting with kids & teenagers as an iTeachiPower.in Specialist, Teacher / Mentor for the first time.
The Baale Mane girls were very smart as they were able to understand all the combat science taught with Krav Maga Israeli Military Krav Maga Self Defense I was teaching them.
It was very exciting for the Baale Mane girls to learn Israeli Military Krav Maga Self Defense system – Krav Maga.
As active and interested individuals, the Baale Mane girls sought out more scientific information and knowledge about Krav Maga Israeli Military Krav Maga Self Defense system.
“Krav Maga Fist Punch” was the subject of much excitement for the Baale Mane girls!
During the Q&A session, the Baale Mane girls were responding well to my Krav Maga questions. One of them danced with joy every time she gave a correct answer!
A final high point for me was watching the Baale Mane girls practice the Krav Maga Israeli Military Krav Maga Self Defense tactics, independently without breaking class discipline.
Sadly, the only misfortune is that we are still under attack by COVID-19, so I couldn’t be in Baale Mane, Gopalapura venue in person. Yet the words I spoke gave them great confidence, and as they receive knowledge, their eyes open wide. They turn into warriors as a result. Being able to experience the positive vibes and electricity you feel in person when you see this change in your students is the best thing you can do as a teacher / mentor.
In summary, my first solo experience with iTeachiPower.in – Girl Psychological Empowerment on Critical Decision Life Safety Skills, Combat Science & Military Krav Maga Self-Defense Wellness Education in Baale Mane, Gopalapura was filled with lots of fun, laughter, and stimulating interaction. Especially when they come from underprivileged areas with the possibility of them being exposed to crime, it is a challenge to teach martial arts to children / teenagers. In iTeachiPower.in Workshops, we aim not only to teach self-defence but also to teach healing as well as transformation phrases from being a normal girl to being an iTeachiPower.in Warrior & Instructor. Krystal Joseph job is to make the training fun & exciting, and interesting for the girls to keep their attention throughout the entire program. However, this can make the job challenging when the training goes on for an extended period of time.
My daughter, Krystal was a natural teacher at a very young age, as she was soft yet commanding when she used to play with me as a kid. Along with the core in-built nature of her, she was also exposed to rough & tough Krav Maga Israeli Military Krav Maga Self Defense training from a 8 years of age with adults twice or three times her weight, size, strength & age. Trust me, such rough training will help you expand your boundaries, get out of your comfort zone, and find out what being a girl truly means, breaking away from the stereotypical myths that are normally forced on girls. Krystal had gone through all of that and is ready to become a role model / mentor for other girls.
Amateur instructors will make mistakes and will have to learn from them. Krystal Joseph gained a lot of experience as a facilitator by teaching many women and men in teleconferences during the Covid-19 lockdown. Baale Mane was the first time she worked with girls her age in an online workshop. Online training can be challenging since you cannot supervise the safety of the participants or discipline in the group. To maintain the training safe yet engaging, Krystal Joseph had to be extra careful in her instruction as well as funny. In my role as father/mentor, I was impressed by Krystal Joseph‘s professional approach and training methodology as well as her performance in the Baale Mane workshop. The girls from Baane Mane, found the workshop interesting & captivating, and appreciated Ms. Krystal Joseph role as a teacher / mentor.
